This Privacy Policy explains how Naviksha Softech Private Limited (“Naviksha”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use our website at navikshasoftech.com (the “Website”), including the contact form and client accounts. We are a company incorporated in India (CIN U62013UW2026PTC252739) with our registered office at C/O Om Prakash, C 421, Noida One, Sector 62, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Client account: your full name, email address and password when you register, and optionally your organisation name in your profile. Passwords are processed by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form; we never see or store your password in plain text.
- Email correspondence: anything you send to us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Account activity: the date your account was created, when your email was verified and when you last signed in.
- Spam prevention: when you submit the contact form we store a one-way, salted hash derived from your IP address (not the IP address itself) to limit repeated submissions.
- Server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver and secure the Website.
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you.
- To create and operate your account, verify your email address and let you reset your password.
- To protect the Website and our users against spam, abuse and unauthorised access.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit the contact form or register for an account) and for legitimate uses permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in section 8; this does not affect processing already carried out.
3. Cookies and sessions
The Website uses only strictly necessary cookies. When you sign in, secure cookies are set to keep you signed in and to protect your session. They are removed when you sign out or when they expire. The public pages and contact form work without signing in. Because these cookies are essential for the service you request, they do not require a separate consent banner.
4. Service providers and data storage
We use the following providers to operate the Website. They process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication and database (accounts, profiles and contact form submissions).
- Netlify — website hosting and server-side processing.
- Resend — delivery of account emails and contact form notifications.
- Google Workspace — our business email, where enquiries are received.
Some of these providers may process or store data outside India, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so in accordance with applicable Indian law and rely on providers that apply industry-standard security measures.
5. Retention and deletion
- Account data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your dashboard profile page, which deletes your account and profile.
- Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Emails in our mailbox are retained in line with our business record-keeping needs.
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all traffic, hashed passwords, access controls that restrict each user to their own account data, server-side validation of all submitted data, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
The Website and client accounts are intended for business users and are not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- request correction, completion or updating of your personal data (you can edit your profile from your dashboard);
- request erasure of your personal data, or delete your account yourself;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and
- raise a grievance with us, as described below.
To exercise these rights, email contact@navikshasoftech.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
